Non-invasive pelvic pain care that works with the whole chain.
Your pelvis sits at the crossroads of the body, carrying the spine above, and resting on the hips, knees, ankles, and feet below. It responds to everything around it: stiffness in its neighbors, old injuries, and the stress of everyday life. That's why we treat pelvic pain from the outside in. We do not perform any internal pelvic floor work. In our experience, once the surrounding links are corrected, the pelvic floor is free to settle and heal for many of our patients, in our experience. Effective, non-invasive pelvic pain care. That's PT ReVolution.
The symptoms
- Pain in the SI joint, buttock, or groin
- Tailbone pain with sitting
- Pelvic pain with walking, stairs, or rolling in bed
- Bladder leakage when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or exercise
- Urgency or frequent trips to the bathroom
- Pelvic pressure or heaviness
- Pain during or after pregnancy
- One side of the pelvis feeling stuck or uneven
The hidden causes
- Stiff or weak hips
- Low-back and thoracic stiffness above
- Knee, ankle, or foot mechanics below
- Stress and the demands of daily life
- Pregnancy, childbirth, or old injuries the body has compensated for
Our plan
- Head-to-toe assessment with a focus on the pelvis and hips
- External, hands-on correction of pelvic, SI, hip, and spinal restrictions, with no internal pelvic floor work
- Core, hip, and pelvic stability training
- Movement retraining for sitting, standing, and walking
- A home program and tune-up plan to keep the pelvis balanced
The principleCorrect the links around the pelvis, and the pelvic floor can settle and heal, without internal work.
Above and below pelvis & si joint.
Your body moves as one connected chain, from the ankle and foot to the cervical spine. Red marks the link that usually ends up working too hard; blue marks the links we most often find stiff.

Do you do internal pelvic floor work?
No. We do not perform any internal pelvic floor work. The pelvis reacts to dysfunction around it, as well as stress and life in general. In our experience, correcting the hips, spine, and the rest of the chain allows the pelvic floor to settle and heal without internal work for many of our patients, in our experience. If we ever feel another type of care would serve you better, we'll tell you and help you find it.
Do you treat pelvic pain during or after pregnancy?
Yes. Pregnancy and childbirth change how the pelvis, hips, and spine move. We provide hands-on care and exercise to restore balance, and we're happy to coordinate with your physician.
What is the SI joint?
The sacroiliac (SI) joints connect your spine to your pelvis. When the hips or spine around them stiffen, they can be forced to work too hard or move unevenly, which often causes pain near the back of the pelvis or in the buttock.
Will I need to keep coming back?
Not forever. Once the chain is corrected and your body knows what normal feels like, most people simply come in for occasional check-ups and tune-ups to catch small problems early.
