PT ReVolution of Texas. Move with purpose.
New patients

Welcome to the ReVolution.

Here's what to expect, what to bring, and how we'll work together to get you moving the way you were designed to move.

Your first visit

What to expect.

We'll assess every link in the chain, from the ankle and foot to the cervical spine, not just where it hurts.

1

Paperwork

Arrive about 15 minutes early to complete your intake forms, health history, and consents. Ask the front desk about completing them ahead of time.

2

Toe-to-head assessment

We look above, below, and on either side of where it hurts for restrictions, imbalances, and asymmetry.

3

Straight answers

We explain what we found, why it matters, and a realistic timeframe to correct it.

4

Hands-on correction

Treatment starts with skilled manual care, and you leave with a home program to keep the gains.

What to bring

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card (we accept most plans and verify benefits as a courtesy)
  • Clothes you can move in
  • The shoes you usually wear or train in
  • Imaging or surgical reports, if you have them
  • A list of your medications
Patient responsibility

We're all in. We ask the same of you.

Our clinicians are dedicated to you and will give you dedicated care, every visit, until the job is done. Lasting results are a partnership.

What we give you

  • Dedicated to you. Your clinicians know your story, your goals, and your plan.
  • Skilled hands-on care. Every session includes hands-on assessment and correction.
  • The whole chain. We look above and below where it hurts to find the true cause.
  • Straight answers. What we find, why it matters, and a realistic timeframe. No hard sells.
  • A program built for you. Home exercises designed to maintain your improvements.
  • We listen and adjust. Your feedback shapes every visit.

What we ask of you

  • Show up consistently. Attend 2 to 3 times per week, as prescribed in the plan of care we agree on.
  • Welcome hands-on care. Some techniques are firm. Tell us your limits and we'll adjust.
  • Do your homework. What you do between visits protects what we accomplish during them.
  • Expect new soreness. As stiff areas free up, soreness in new places usually means things are changing.
  • Understand temporary changes. Bruising or marks from cupping usually fade within days. Tell us if you take blood thinners.
  • Trust the chain. We'll often treat areas that don't hurt. That's where many hidden causes live.

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
