What it is NOT.
Typical stretching and strengthening and your common sports performance programming (These are great programs, but simply aren’t as effective if you are “training crooked”). We prefer to correct your movement, then work with sports performance professionals, coaches, trainers, and facilities to get you the strength you need.
What it IS.
Movement Correction. Identifying underlying movement dysfunction, movement asymmetry, postural asymmetry, flexibility asymmetry, and strength asymmetry. Hands-on Movement Correction techniques designed to restore norms and improve motion and mobility in a rapid and permanent way.
Our techniques allow you to train more efficiently, reduce non-contact injuries, and get more from your hard work.

We believe that all athletes can be better athletes (if they are moving as they should).
Our program is unique and effective. Until you see and feel what is wrong with your movement and where the true problems really area, it is difficult to understand what it is that we will do for you. If you are struggling as an athlete (chronic injury and pain, losing speed and power no matter how hard you train, etc.) then you need to come and be assessed with our Movement Correction Screen.

Before coming to PT ReVolution, I had been having trouble with my hamstrings, as they hurt and acted up my entire junior year of high school. Right before track regionals, I tore my left hamstring. The folks at PT ReVolution diagnosed me very quickly, developed a plan, and started getting me better. I was unaware that my hamstring tore, due to some underlying issues with my pelvis, hip, lumbar spine, and even my ankle/foot. I got better quickly and ended up running better than ever! My team made it all the way to state! I have become faster, due to the work the staff at PT ReVolution did on my body. I also no longer have the daily aches and pains that I thought were "normal" (They explained that no pain is normal). I now come in for my regular check-ups, and "tune-ups" as needed, and I am doing great! Thank you PT ReVolution!

My entire junior year of high school football and baseball was a struggle. I was having tremendous lower back pain and pain down my legs. I was two weeks away from having spinal fusion surgery, as I was told that was my only option. That surgery was going to end my career and dash my hopes of playing collegiate sports. Luckily, I found the folks at PT ReVolution. I had my assessment and we got to work. I learned that my entire movement chain was malfunctioning from the ground up, and this was ruining my spine.
